FAQ
Where are you based out of and will you travel?
I'm based out of Waco and frequently visit the Southeast Texas area. However, I'm always available to travel and would love to arrange something with you if you are outside of these areas.
What does my gallery include?
The amount of images that you choose depend on your package. Every session is delivered in an online gallery. I edit *nearly* all images because I can never choose but you'll get to choose YOUR favorites or purchase the entire gallery. Weddings & Events include all images and average about 100 images/hour.
What do I need to do to book?
Reach out to me and let me know what session you're interested in. I'll send you a questionnaire and calendar for you to choose your dates. You'll need to reserve your day and time by putting down a $100 non refundable retainer fee and that comes out of the session price. The remainder of your session is due the day before your session or a month out for weddings.
When will I get my images?
Typically within 2-3 Weeks for the standard & full packages. It really just depends on the season. Fall & Holiday season tends to be my busiest, I'm happy to turn around your images faster for an additional fee.
Wedding turnarounds are 5-8 weeks.
I do my very best to edit as quickly as possible, I know you are excited to receive your photos!
Do I have to order prints through you?
No, I give you a print release to choose a high quality printing service of your choice but you can also choose to shop your gallery for easy printing for prodcuts that will ship straight to your door.
